This guy was quite far out from shore and riding this thing. Is it some kind of
hovercraft? He was zipping around the buoys marking the entrance to the harbour
but was too far away to hear if it made any noise. It's a first for seeing one on
the river. Sometimes it would stop and float on the water and then
lift off again. As you can see there is still ice on the river so while it looks like
fun it would be chilly water.
