You can see the "vintage" planes parked on the so-called flight line which forms the last 1/10th of the race course. You run through about 20 or so of these aircraft as you head toward the finish. Pretty neat. I was still compos mentis enough to recognize what I thought was a DC-3 and to then say to myself: "It can't be a DC-3. It has a nose gear."
