This gallery is in the lower 9th ward of New Orleans in the area directly in front of the federal levee breach of 2005. Houses are now finally being built, almost three years after Hurricane Katrina. The houses are being built green and are part of "The Make It Right Lower Nine" created by Brad Pitt. Thank you, Brad Pitt and all the other who have helped.
