I'm starting by cataloging the contents of Roberts Audio Video, formerly Roberts Electric Shop which began in 1934. Barry and his dad collected a variety of point of Purchase signs and banners from the 1930's onward. Many have succumbed to leaks in the old building as years went by. These are the fortunate survivors.
I've mainly been using a P&S Casio camera for the documentation, though part of me feels I should switch to my Canon DSLR setups. Enjoy these parts of history gone-bye. Pre-war, WWII & Atomic Age illustrations from the golden age of the Admen.
