Geese on the Mill Pond ~ December 17 [15]

New London, Minnesota

We have geese almost year-round on the Mill Pond, but the ice is clearly in retreat. Pretty strange for a Minnesota December. Not that I'm complaining... :)

The unseasonably warm weather raises my eyebrow.
I am not a global warming fanatic... but recent climate changes are very interesting.

We've been in the 60's the last few days. Very unusual for Central Ohio. Nice catch though. It certainly tells the story.
