I'm also a big fan of Japan so can appreciate your sentiments. I recently visited another country in the region hoping that it would somehow be 'like Japan', but was sorely disappointed.

This is probably my favourite of all your galleries. It's taken me a few visits to realise that a strong part of the reason I like it so much is, somewhat peversely, that it's so different from most of your work. I'm a big fan of your travel photos and particularly your ability to interact with people and get great portraits. However, I think this gallery goes to the next level - you've shot a great set of images to a theme. Clean lines, good design, simplicity - just like Japan in many ways.

Great set of images of my adopted country... I know exactly what you mean by "can't wait to go back"... I ended up selling off many of my assets and giving up good government job to come and live here.
