After a stormy day that litteraly nearly blew us from the roads we arrived at the Andes near El Calafate. As nearly everywhere in Argentine the Andes just emerges from the planes, and there are little or few hills before it. You see a part of Lago Argentina, which is a huge resort of sweet water in Argentine. Average temperature is about 4 C ideal for slow melting glaciers...
