Only one of the two lads still left in the nest. The other must have gotten brave and fluttered himself out of the nest in the past 24 hours. Alternatively he may have gotten a little help from his brother trying to shove him aside or out in order to be the first one to be fed. In any case, the remaining nestling looks a bit forlorn as Mom and Dad seem to be ignoring him somewhat. Where previously they brought food about every 20 minutes, it now took almost an hour between feedings. Even then, the adults stayed only a very short time at the nest-hole and often lingered some distance below the hole as if to entice the youngster to take a leap of faith and go where the food is. I could hear the other youngster chirping a short distance away in the thick underbrush where he was well hidden.
Look at the size of the claws on this young one already.
