This very rare stray, for our area, was around for a couple of weeks, usually staying in the same general area. It thus allowed for lots of good photo-ops. I'm not sure if it is still around now after our first snowfall. Perhaps it doesn't know where to go as it strayed thousands of miles from its usual habitat on the west coast. Up until now, it has found lots to feed on, but unless it starts to eat berries, I am afraid it might not survive our cold winter.
