After having followed me for a few hundred yards (meters) down the main path (see http://www.pbase.com/image/163086163), the lone Turkey returned to the woods, but continued his mating displays. His wattles were, however, still white and not red, an indication that he is not yet seriously sexually aroused. Lucky for me LOL.
