This image was taken about a month ago. For several weeks after that, we would see the hawk several times a week, sometimes twice a day; however, we had not seen it catch a bird. We haven't seen the Hawk for the past two weeks either, but today it showed up again looking quite healthy. Obviously it must have been feeding well.
Today was the first time that we saw it catch and fly off with one of the House Sparrows hiding in our bushes.
