Three images of some of the thousands of Snow Geese gathered in one of their regular stop-over fields during their annual migration south.

Top image: Two images vertically merged to show both the geese on the ground and a large number in take-off flight above them.

A great sight and it makes an impressive picture. Our fields are filled with pink footed geese in the winter.
