Two images of what I think is a Cecropia Moth Caterpillar, the caterpillar of North Americas largest native Moth. (have a look at this image taken by fellow Pbaser Wadec - http://www.pbase.com/wadec/image/155941937 )

Any help confirming the ID would be appreciated.

Top-view. Note the little white pellet-like deposits on top of the Caterpillar. I am not sure what these are - perhaps parasites or parasitic eggs???
