Top Image: The young Osprey is staring directly at us as if we are interrupting breakfast just delivered by Mom. Here it is staring at me.


Here the Young osprey is staring at my friend located about 10 meters to my right.

Note; Reportedly, there were three young in the nest a few weeks before. Presently we found two young in the nest which is almost at eye level. Both young were taking brief excursions from the nest, then returning after a short flight. This one's sibling left the nest to sit on a nearby light standard rather than watch its sibling hog the meal, which it wasn't about to share.

The young Osprey only devoured a small portion of the fish, then it also left the nest. Shortly thereafter Mom came to retrieve the fish and proceeded to have it for breakfast herself on a nearby perch.
