Found two Boreal Owls this day, got some great shots but wouldn't you know it, I had been playing around with my camera in the house the previous day and I forgot to change the White Balance setting. It was still set for incandescent. Hence the bluish tones. So much for advocating the resetting of one's camera to base mode after every shoot. Also, it pays to check one's settings before every new shoot; however, in the rush of the moment, I plain forgot.
