First of three postings in this SERIES.
Two images taken on the way back from out walk-about birding excursion. The driver stopped the van along the road at a high point overlooking a golf course and pond where many water fowl and other birds were swimming around and/or foraging for food on the grass. We were able to take some pictures of this very peaceful looking scene from a distance when all of a sudden the peace was disturbed by a.........(see posting 2 of 3 at http://www.pbase.com/hankvv/image/142802644 ).
