FERRUGINOUS PYGMY OWL - another lifer for me.

This is a small owl (15 cm long) that breeds in south-central Arizona (USA) through to Mexico, Central America and South America to Bolivia and Argentina. Trinidad and other localities. It has relatively large talons for its small size. (From Wikipedia)
