Three images of Bees in Pumpkin Flowers, previously posted in 2007. I'm posting these again just to show the comparison of the macro quality of these images (taken with my very first, point-and-shoot 3.2 Megapixel digital camera) with that of my recent Bee postings (taken with my D300 and 105VR micro lens). Conclusion, I don't think I'll throw away my point-and-shoot camera just yet. At the very least, it is a good standby option for taking macros.
