Four months after the crash of the presidential plane atheists argue with ultra-Catholics about the cross standing in front of the Presidential Palace. The cross was brought to the palace by Polish scouts just after the tragic accident.
Some groups like atheists, post-Communists and anarchists demand the removing of this religious symbol from the site claiming that Poland is a secular state and the appropriate place for the cross is in a church. The government has not involved itself in the dispute as it diverts the public attention from other problems such as the crash investigation or the rise of taxes.
