This gallery is of our visit to Magnolia Plantation and Gardens (near Charleston, South Carolina). We stopped late in the day
on the first day in Charleston, so we went back to finish seeing everything in the morning.

This place was once described by Charles Kuralt, the famous television travel writer, as "My greatest Charleston pleasure".
Our visit was in the middle of winter, and it was still a beautiful place. I can only imagine the gardens in spring and summer.
