My newest interest and hobby is growing figs and fig trees. Our new house had a large fig tree, and in researching it I found out
that there are over 1000 different varieties of figs. Many being very different from each other, with greatly varying taste and flavors.

Most of my trees come from other fig enthusiast, as the local nurseries carry so few varieties. Here are pictures of the ripe figs
