We spent Christmas in DC with Aaron, Caitlin, Andrew and the lovely Ella Jean then headed to Hilton Head (with the Fitzgeralds)for New Years and several days of golf, cocktails, dinner, sleep . . . then repeat. The ruins in this gallery are of the Church of Prince Williams Parish, known as Sheldon, in Beaufort SC. It has a great history having been originally built in 1745, burned by the British in 1779, rebuilt in 1826 and burned again by the Union Army in 1865. Beautiful and peaceful location.
