Recovering since December 23, 2004, from a head on collision courtesy of a young 20 year old who crossed the double yellow line due to fiddling with cd player. She had Indiana minimum liability insurance - ($25,000.)
It took me 6 months to recover- and 6 more months to walk like a somewhat normal person -the medical bills were unreal, the girl who hit me is judgment proof- or at least collection proof by today's standards. She walked away without a scratch!
That said, I am glad to be alive and hiking with my dog and taking photos!
