After seeing the first version up here, I decided that I had missed where the picture is. So, I went back and cropped down to where I think the image actually IS!

I agree this is a much stronger image, the other is much too literal for my taste. This one I like alot.

Definitely better. However, this one does call out for some Photoshop effects. Might you do a whole series, ala Andy Warhol, on this?
