We were walking around a cemetery in the Puglia area of Italy.
The crypts were fascinating and especially the reflections in
the glass. This image has added texture from Photoshop CS4.
Image correction in Lightroom 2.0.

You made a beautiful image, both in the capture and in the processing, doing justice to some of the most beautiful ironwork ever made. The spirals are all logarithmic spirals, like in a sea shell, and this shape, with its mathematical basis seems to trigger some intuitive recognition in the backs of our human minds no matter where these spirals appear.
