Euproops rotundatus. 40 mm wide, excellent xiphosuran with encrusting microconchids (not spirorbids as I formerly thought). Westphalian A, Upper Carboniferous. Roof Shales above Wigan 4 Foot Coal Seam, Crock Hey Open Cast, Wigan, Lancashire, England.
