Photo Session Sitting Fee:
For homeowners, a typical session is $79. Payment is due in full on the day of the service.
For realtors, the price is negotiable depending on the volume. Two payment options: (1) Flat fee for service, payment is due in full on the day of the service. (2) No money down, payment is due in full when the house is sold.
Session Fee Includes:
1) Photographer's time and unlimited photo taking at the location, with equipment and lighting technique to achieve professional quality presentation of your (or your client's) house.
2) Photographer's transportation within 20 miles of his home base (near Route 5/56 intersection in North County San Diego).
3) Post-processing of the photos such as localized contrast/saturation, tone/curve adjustment, blemish removal, perspective and compositional control, and output sharpening etc. These steps typically take longer than the on-site photo shot session and are keys to professional-quality photography presentation.
4) The client will receive a CD or DVD with full-resolution JPEG photos (from 12Mb Nikon D300 camera) from the session, and another set of reduced-resolution images suitable for website posting through e-mail. The client must specify the pixel resolution required for their website or print presentations before the images are processed. Simply resizing the full-resolution resolution images on their own to the required presentation resolution will not have the same optimized effect. Most clients do not have the necessary photoshop skills to properly handle the image conversion for presentations in specific media. I would be very happy to assist in their effort. Also, please do not adjust image color and saturation on your own. I use color calibrated monitor for all my work. What looks proper on your monitor may look strange on most others unless yours is calibrated as well.
Copyright Notice: The photographer retains the copy-rights to all photos. The client will be granted full reproduction right to all photos from the session for personal and for commerical uses pertaining to real-estate marketing.
