Photo Session Sitting Fee:
A typical session is ~2 hours for $79. Payment is due in full on the day of the service.
Session Fee Includes:
1) Photographer's time and unlimited photo taking at the location.
2) Photographer's transportation within 20 miles of his home base (near Route 5/56 intersection in North County San Diego).
3) Basic retouching on select photos as the photographer deemed necessary. This typically involves post-processing such as contrast/saturation adjustment, tone/curve adjustment, blemish removal, and output sharpening etc.
4) The client will receive a CD or DVD with full-resolution JPEG photos(from 12Mb Nikon D300 camera) from the session.
5) Those who wishes to receive RAW (Nikon NEF) format images must notify the photographer prior to the photo session and pay an additional fee of $20 for a combined JPEG/RAW photo DVD.
6) Please note the photographer will NOT provide any photographic print to the client. The image files the client receive on CD/DVD will enable them to print high-quality poster up to 20" x 30" in size for however many prints and whatever size they desire. This flat-fee based approach saves the client money!
Copyright Notice: The photographer retains the copy rights to all photos. The client will be granted full reproduction right to all photos from the session, which allows unlimited quantity of reprints or digital copies for themselves, friends and families, for e-mail and webposting etc. The reproduction rights are also known as "Home Use Rights", which is not transferable to a third party and does not permit commercial uses.
