Two types of vehicles are allowed in the park. Every vehicle has a driver and naturalist, a source of quality employment for the surrounding population. The smaller vehicles, such as these, carry up to four passengers. License plates indicate the authorized route for the vehicle. Deviation from the authorized route carries harsh penalties if caught by a park ranger. Nonetheless, it seemed to be a frequent occurrence.
