It's 200m2 with 5 bedrooms. The whole place is light and airy and one side is exterior (street facing with windows) and the other is interior, overlooking a courtyard. My room is on that side but not bad with the window shut and fan on, and quiet at night. There is a back entrance off of the kitchen and we just put our trash there and it's picked up, no messy trips to the dumpster! There are two lifts. A cleaning woman comes for 3 hours a week so that we don't have to worry about nagging over chores...we just pick up after ourselves and leave it at that.
