I spent today at home, indeed, I haven't left all weekend except to go to the gym. Potatoes and eggs are foods I only buy when guests are around and my best friend was just here for two weeks...
This meal was positively orgasmic. I used 4 cayenne chiles with one good sized new potato in the hashbrowns and I don't know if you know or not- but chiles (if you can handle enough of them) produce the same chemical reaction in the body that sex does. At this moment in time, sitting on my bed with my laptop, empty plate to my right, empty beer to my left...my entire body is in a state of bliss. I cannot imagine a happier combination- and yet it was so simple.
