The grilled zucchini and mushrooms had a touch of lemon. The hummus would have been better if I'd bought the garbanzos and crushed them instead of cooking my own (I can't seem to get them super soft)...or if I'd had a proper food processor instead of a hand grinding one. I sauteed the crushed garlic with some moroccan spices so the flavour was excellent.
The seed mix sauteed in a touch of olive oil: pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, minced onion, minced garlic and the minced stems of the mushrooms with moroccan spices, a touch of sea salt and ground black pepper...was amazing. We put a little bit of it on everything, including mixing it in with the spinach.
Manchego over everything- but just a hint.
This was one of the tastiest meals to date.
We finished with a bowl of hot chocolate: water, cacao, mountain honey,touch of chili, freshly ground cloves and splash of brandy
