See, now, if you TRIED this, you'd be surprised! Cous Cous is just like a pasta but it's actually a grain that cooks in hot water in just a few minutes- kind of like instant noodles. (This is integral- which means it's not processed or bleached). The pumpkin seeds were a surprsingly tasty addition. I put them in because seeds are great for completing complex proteins, and they were actually really yummy and the added texture was so good that I always put them in now :-) All together this is a fantastically complete and healthy meal.
