Me on the trail at Cascade Canyon. This is a beautiful hike and started out great early in the morning with few people. Unfortunately later on, many more tourists showed up and the last part of the hike coming down was really crowded. I saw a lot of cool birds, including western tanager, red-naped sapsucker, Cassin's finch, and mountain chickadee. The sapsucker actually had a nest next to the trail, and I had to yell at people to get away from it.
