Breeding Common Loons at Wachusett Res and Beavers at Wachusett Meadow
The loons are along Rt 140 at the southern end of the reservoir and near their nesting platform. I took the photos from my car.
The beavers crossed the road from a field and went into their home pond.
The rest of the residents I came across here and there in Massachusetts. I especially like the porcupine we saw in a tree at the top of Mt. Holyoke. The Meadow Jumping Mouse was a treat too.
