Way back in 1836 a man named John Breen from Ireland was convicted of manslaughter and transported to New South Wales for a term of seven years.
One of John's sons, Denis and his wife Johanna, later moved to Jack's Creek near Canowindra and had eleven children.
The following photos are from a re-union held at Canowindra by those of us who are direct relations of either Pierce or Timothy ........ two of Denis and Johanna Breen's children.
