Quite amazing convergence on this. Every part of the photograph works together to produce this effect. Strong visual impression here. Vote

Love this shot in black and white also.
A good image does not change when you remove the color, still excellent .

This image takes one on a journey, we enter the path, then the eye follows the path to the vanishing point to create a wonderful perspective ,the lamp posts even confirm this .
The skater and then the biker makes the viewer continue the journey to the mountains .
The partial reflection on the right is a nice addition to your composition.
Excellent , GMV

Gus, this is a stunning B&W shot. When I first spotted the thumbnail view of this I could tell I was about to see quality work, and I was not dissapointed.
The perspective and lighting as a whole hit me straight away, then as I begin to look at individual elements, my eyes follow the reflections of the sunlit houses in the puddles of water, the strong highlights of the edge of the road, to the street lights and footpath, then the skater in centre frame.
The placement of the shore horizon in this frame balances out to give great depth and feeling of distance in this remarkable convergence shot.
A fine example of a carefully thought out shot, a trade mark of Gus Rosenfeld ! +V
