The story is....a LED signal at Southern Cross was incorrectly showing a 'green' aspect with the trip up. They paniced...Werribee and Pakenham Vline trains were delayed for weeks, and ALL Home signal at Southern Cross were kept at 'stop', with a 'low speed' indication the only 'proceed' aspect.....Safety is our no 1 committment.
Yet we were presented with Post 520, which showed a 'stop' indication...with the trip down. Unsafe, but they don't care...from one extreme to another.
