Due to bushfire damage to power lines, some of Melbourne is without power, including poor Connex. All the signals are "out" between Clifton Hill to Bell, and all the boomgates are stuck down. A "good samaratan" is directing traffic thru the closed gates at Merri, highly dangerous !!!
