The residents still complain of excessive whistle blowing in the area, they even built the "crapper proof fence", you can see in the background....yet it's idiots like this kid on his bike crossing in front of my train, not to mention the fast approaching Xcrapper, in the rain, that cause the excessive whistle blowing in the first place. Yes the booms are down, the bells are ringing...there are signs etc...they still run/ride/walk in front of us. Ho Hum....until they are killed, then "something must be done".
