BCE on rear of 0855 Down Ballarat Pass crosses Koriot Ck bridge. ( I still remember I was going to catch this train to Ballarat, but changed my mind for some reason. It was usually an 'N' set at the time. When I saw this consist I almost cried, as imagine watching the auto staff exchangers from the leading BE with the X running long end first, and then from the BCE on the return journey...I don't remember much about 1983, but I remember the details of this photo precisely)
