10 years worth of graffiti between Flinders St and Richmond were finally painted over, 1 week prior to the almighty "Commonwealth Games" commencing. About time too. Pity they didn't clean it for the "People of Melbourne" instead of for the "Visitors to Melbourne". No expense spared either, they just slapped red paint over everything...Now if only they did that 10 years ago....
