This lens is often compared to the Pentacon 135mm f2.8, and many actually prefer this lens, even though it's 1/2 a stop slower. I have both, and I think both are great lenses. The Pentacon is just as sharp. Lens was used with an Auto Focus Confirmation M42-EOS adapter which provides confirmation when focus is obtained.
