that is the key. We have to awake from our "dreams" of the past and the future.
Why is it so easy to understand and so hard to live?
IMO we can learn here a lot from children, they still got the ability to live the present moment...

Wise words... but hard to put in practice. Life is not steady and we have highs and lows. How not to remember of the last high and fear the next low? Back yo your image, it is really fantastic. I'll enjoy the now and stay watching for a bit.
