This adult with Fork-tailed Flycatcher has been entertaining birders for weeks in Cove Island Park in Stamford. These photos were taken November 28. This tropical species ranges from southern Mexico south to southern Argentina, but is a surprisingly frequent vagrant to North America, with over 100 records, many in the northeast.
