This bird had been on the side of the road pecking at a dead Snow Goose. As I drove by, it flew away, but I figured that it would be back. I parked the car a little way down the road, got out and walked back toward it but on the opposite side of the road, and it was again sitting on the ground pecking at the dead goose. Just then another car came by, scaring the Harrier again. It launched into the air and circled a couple of times, allowing me to get a couple more good flight shots.
