This was part of a demonstration by the Commemorative Air Force called "Tora Tora Tora". They billed it as a "re-enactment" of the attack on Pearl Harbor, though obviously they were using that term very loosely. There were 4 WWII-era fighters and 4 torpedo planes painted in Japanese colors flying around in circles, being chased by one or two American P-51s, while pyrotechnics were being set off on the ground to simulate bombs being dropped, while a narrator gave a little history lesson on Pearl Harbor.
