There were many dense patches of bluebonnets along the roadways along FM501 between Bend, Texas and Cherokee, Texas, as well as along highway 16 just south of Cherokee and highway 29 just east of Llanno. This shot was in the parking area for the historical marker for "Baby Head Cemetery", on highway 16, about half way between Cherokee and Llano.
