This is a traditional Native dance group from the village of Chevak, Alaska.
in april there is a huge dance festival for 3 days. called Cama-i (cha-MY)
Dance festival. 3 days of dance and crafts.
Usually i am behind the TV camera as we record it every year for a video production i have produced for the last several years.
after we wrapped up and were leaving i leaned in and shot a burst of pictures and this one resulted!
