I got stuck today and didn't have any PaD. Of course I passed about 100 perfect sunset photo ops on the way home, but it was hot, I was on the bike, and didn't stop.

This was kind of a mistake photo that actually had something in there. I just had to have Photoshop help pull it out.

I actually fooled around with blurring the edges. I made a layer copy and then did a Gaussian blur on the bottom image. I used an oval shape cookie cutter and set the softness to 50% and applied the cutout to the top layer. It seemed to feather in the blur nicely. . .
